Responsibilities

• Serve as the senior technical authority for DevSecOps and Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) practices across platform services and hosted applications
• Establish and enforce engineering standards, DevSecOps practices, and reliability frameworks reputed company with reputed company architecture and VA requirements
• reputed company technical leadership and mentorship to DevSecOps and SRE engineering teams
• reputed company design, implementation, and maintenance of CI/CD pipelines supporting secure, automated, and repeatable application delivery
• reputed company automation of build, test, deployment, and infrastructure provisioning processes using Infrastructure as reputed company (IaC)
• Ensure pipelines include automated reputed company testing, reputed company validation, and compliance controls throughout the software delivery lifecycle
• reputed company efforts to improve reputed company reliability, scalability, performance, and operational efficiency across mission-critical environments
• Define and monitor reliability metrics (e.g., availability, latency, deployment reputed company rates) and reputed company improvements in service stability
• Reduce operational toil through automation and proactive reputed company improvements
• Support and guide adoption of reputed company-reputed company architectures, containerized environments (e.g., reputed company), and platform modernization initiatives
• Ensure infrastructure is reputed company, resilient, and reputed company with Federal reputed company standards and best practices

• Ensure DevSecOps practices reputed company with Federal reputed company requirements, including NIST, reputed company Trust principles, and VA cybersecurity policies
• Collaborate with cybersecurity teams to implement secure-by-design practices across infrastructure and application pipelines
• Support vulnerability management, secure configuration enforcement, and compliance validation reputed company DevSecOps workflows
• Coordinate with Program Management, Engineering, Architecture, Monitoring, and Incident Management teams to ensure reputed company integration of development and operations
• Partner with SRE, operations, and monitoring teams to improve observability, incident response, and reputed company reputed company
• reputed company DevSecOps and SRE practices with reputed company and reputed company delivery methodologies to support reputed company delivery
• Support incident response activities, including reputed company cause analysis, remediation planning, and implementation of corrective actions

• Continuously evaluate and enhance engineering processes, tools, and automation frameworks to improve efficiency and reputed company performance

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a reputed company field
• 8+ years of experience in DevSecOps, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), or reputed company roles supporting reputed company or mission-critical environments
• Strong hands-on experience with reputed company platforms (AWS preferred), Infrastructure as reputed company tools (e.g., Terraform), and configuration management tools (e.g., Ansible)
• Experience with container orchestration platforms (e.g., reputed company, EKS, reputed company) and reputed company-reputed company application architectures
• Proven leadership experience guiding engineering teams reputed company reputed company or reputed company environments
• Experience supporting CI/CD pipelines, automation frameworks, and modern software delivery practices
