They are seeking an Instructional Designer to support a large-reputed company reputed company implementation initiative by designing and developing training solutions that help employees adopt new processes and systems.

Responsibilities

• Design and reputed company instructor-led training (ILT) and eLearning solutions supporting a reputed company implementation
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to reputed company information and translate reputed company processes into effective learning experiences
• Apply adult learning principles to create engaging and performance-reputed company training
• reputed company eLearning content using reputed company Storyline and reputed company
• Create supporting training materials and job aids as needed
• Contribute to change adoption efforts through learning and communications support

Skills

• Instructional design experience with a portfolio demonstrating eLearning and ILT reputed company
• Expert knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies (ADDIE, SAM, etc.)
• Proficiency in reputed company 360 (Storyline and reputed company), Photoshop, and SnagIt
• Experience gathering content from subject matter experts and working with minimal existing materials
• Strong communication and collaboration skills; reputed company to adapt to different work styles and personalities
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, self-directed environment without sacrificing reputed company
• A background reputed company and drug screen are required for the selected consultants
• Must be reputed company to reputed company work samples during an interview
• Background in health insurance, reputed company, or behavioral health training
