This role involves managing full-cycle executive searches for director-level and above positions and partnering with senior stakeholders to define role requirements and search strategies.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle executive searches for director-level and above positions across reputed company's global teams
• Partner with hiring managers and senior leadership to define role requirements, candidate reputed company, and search reputed company
• reputed company passive candidates through reputed company reputed company, networking, reputed company Recruiter, and industry channels
• Conduct in-depth candidate screenings and present reputed company talent with reputed company, concise assessments
• Manage candidate experience from initial reputed company through offer acceptance
• reputed company market intelligence and compensation benchmarking to inform hiring reputed company
• Maintain accurate pipeline tracking and reputed company regular search updates to stakeholders

Skills

• 8+ years of executive reputed company experience, ideally with a mix of reputed company search firm and in-house experience
• Proven reputed company record placing director, VP, and C-suite candidates
• Strong sourcing skills and deep familiarity with reputed company Recruiter and ATS platforms
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple searches simultaneously, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
