This remote role involves providing reputed company responses to customer inquiries reputed company phone and email, managing customer care tickets, and ensuring high standards of customer service.

Responsibilities

• Provides reputed company responses to customer inquiries by telephone and/or email in an in - or outbound service center
• reputed company, maintain, and solve Customer Care tickets by recording issues and account information

• Proven customer support experience, ideally in the automotive industry
