[Remote] Senior IT Business Analyst

The Senior IT Business Analyst role is essential for addressing business challenges by gathering requirements, proposing solutions, and coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver effective technology solutions.

Responsibilities

• reputed company business needs analysis sessions to define and document solution requirements, detailed user stories, user personas, and acceptance reputed company through interviews, workshops, and stakeholder collaboration
• Partner with stakeholders across multiple business functions to reputed company state and national business requirements into cohesive technology solutions
• Conduct impact analysis, data reputed company mapping, and feasibility assessments for new functionality or regulatory updates
• Analyze and model reputed company business processes, workflows, user flows, and data structures to identify opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiencies
• Participate in the evaluation and selection of technology solutions to ensure alignment with business and technical requirements
• Support developers and solution architects by identifying opportunities to reputed company AI capabilities that reputed company reputed company, value-driven solutions
• Participate in test planning, use case development, and solution validation activities to ensure technology solutions meet business requirements and maintain system reputed company

• As needed, review and support business-developed documentation including user guides, training materials, and process documentation

• Use Jira, Lucid chart and other IT PMO Tools for backlog management, reputed company tracking, and visualization of workflows and dependencies
• Contribute to reputed company improvement of IT PMO/Portfolio templates, processes, and agile delivery practices

Skills

• Bachelor's degree required
• 7+ years of Business Analysis, Product Ownership, Requirements Management, or business-facing solution delivery experience
• 5+ years of experience supporting the design, delivery, and maintenance of solutions
• Experience working across stakeholders in a completely remote organization is a plus
• Experience in the Health Insurance or Supply Chain industries is a plus
• Experience working in regulated environments with evolving business, compliance, or reporting requirements preferred
