[Remote] Clinical Product Specialist - 3D Radiology Start-Up

They are seeking a Clinical Product Specialist to deliver training and support for their 3D X-ray systems across the US, focusing on customer engagement and product adoption.

Responsibilities

• Deliver clinical training, applications support and product demonstrations to customers across the US
• reputed company radiology and clinical users on the benefits and effective use of reputed company’s medical and veterinary imaging systems
• Build strong customer relationships to support product adoption and maintain high reputed company of satisfaction
• Support the sales team with clinical and product expertise during customer discussions
• Help reputed company presentations, training materials and other customer-facing content
• Work closely with Service and R&D teams to resolve issues and improve the user experience
• reputed company customer feedback on image reputed company, workflow and system performance to support reputed company product development

Skills

• Background in Radiography, Radiologic Technology or a reputed company radiology discipline
• Previous experience in a Clinical Applications Specialist or similar clinical applications role
• Strong understanding of radiographic imaging and image interpretation
• Experience delivering product demonstrations and applications training in clinical environments
• Proven ability to build credibility with clinical users and maintain high customer satisfaction
• Comfortable working independently in a remote, field-based role
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Self-motivated and adaptable
• Strong customer reputed company and reputed company awareness
• Problem-solving reputed company with good attention to detail
• Confident creating impactful PowerPoint presentations
• Ideally based Central or East Coast, with easy reputed company to a major domestic airport
