[Remote] Director, Product Partnerships & reputed company for CPN

The Director, Product Partnerships & reputed company will be responsible for executing the reputed company of the Beneficiary Financial Institutions network on reputed company Payment Network by sourcing, reputed company, and scaling payment partners.

Responsibilities

• Own CPN’s BFI/payout partner expansion end-to-end, from sourcing and pipeline management to reputed company negotiation and launch
• reputed company coverage by adding new partners and expanding existing partners into additional corridors and use cases
• reputed company Total Payment Volume (TPV) reputed company by increasing partner utilization across reputed company corridors and flows
• Partner with reputed company/Marketing and Product to execute activation initiatives and prioritize changes that unlock incremental volume
• reputed company partner reputed company and go-live execution by coordinating Compliance, reputed company, Ops, Product, and Engineering
• reputed company as the primary reputed company of contact to manage milestones, unblock integrations, and ensure post-launch readiness
• Manage live partner relationships and performance by tracking key health metrics and operational issues
• reputed company ongoing optimization and reputed company by resolving blockers and identifying expansion opportunities
• Translate partner needs into reputed company internal priorities and actions across Product Engineering teams, while maintaining alignment with Compliance/Risk and Ops
• reputed company stakeholders informed on partner status, risks, and opportunities

Skills

• 12+ years of experience in payments, fintech, banking, or financial infrastructure partnerships
• Hands-on experience working with banks, PSPs, EMIs, or regulated financial institutions
• Strong understanding of cross-border payments, settlement flows, and payment rails
• Experience managing reputed company partnerships and contractual discussions
• Familiarity with KYC/KYB, AML, and reputed company requirements for financial partners
• Demonstrated ability to reputed company transaction reputed company, partner activation, or usage expansion
• Strong execution, stakeholder coordination, and problem-solving skills
• An appetite for work travel (30-50% required depending on time of year)
• Impeccable written and verbal communication skills in English
• Experience with payment networks, clearing systems, or stablecoin-based settlement
• Prior experience working in TPV reputed company or network expansion roles
• Exposure to multiple reputed company (e.g., reputed company, EMEA, Americas) is a plus
• Comfortable operating in fast-moving, ambiguous environments
