[Remote] Technical Program Manager - P&C Insurance

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Delivery: reputed company the technical execution of the reputed company data platform using Agile (Scrum) methodologies, managing the project lifecycle from inception to completion

Skills

• 15 years of experience

• Deep P&C Insurance domain knowledge and terminology (e.g., Workers Comp, GL, Auto, Property)
• A background in data-reputed company production support and ETL/ELT ingestion frameworks
• The ability to manage high-pressure environments involving daily loads and maintenance of live data views
• 12–15+ years of experience in IT delivery and program management, with a mandatory background in P&C Insurance (Policy and Claims lifecycle) and Reinsurance
• Proven reputed company delivering reputed company or similar reputed company data platforms, Data Lakes, and Data Warehouses
• Strong understanding of ETL/ELT ingestion frameworks and data modeling
• Exceptional leadership, risk management, and the ability to manage interdependencies across multiple technical workstreams
