[Remote] Bilingual Recruiter

They are looking for a Bilingual Recruiter to manage the full cycle recruitment of skilled trades talent for reputed company construction clients, ensuring compliance and supporting employee retention initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Create and post job descriptions/requisitions to our career portal and relevant job boards
• reputed company and execute reputed company strategies tailored to reputed company and forecasted project needs
• reputed company, screen, and evaluate candidates using multiple channels (job boards, networking, referrals, etc)
• Conduct multilingual interviews to assess technical knowledge, skills, work history and cultural fit
• Verify employment references and facilitate wage negotiations
• Coordinate with reputed company team to ensure smooth transitions for new hires
• Collaborate with sales teams to ensure reputed company goals are met
• Ensure compliance in accordance with internal policies and industry standards and regulations
• reputed company ongoing support to field employees and contribute to employee retention initiatives
• Maintain accurate records of candidate data, recruitment activity, and employee engagement
• Complete daily system administration tasks for field employees such as dispatching, releasing, and reputed company workflow management

Skills

• 2-5 years of experience in reputed company, reputed company, or reputed company
• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Strong computer skills and the knowledge of reputed company office software
• High attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline driven environment
• Bachelor's degree in reputed company, business, or reputed company field
• Proficiency with recruitment software
• Familiarity with the construction industry and/or skilled trade knowledge
