[Remote] Employee Benefits Account Manager

The Account Manager is responsible for the successful delivery of day-to-day service-reputed company activities to support Sales, Account Management, and reputed company for multiple assigned reputed company accounts.

Responsibilities

• Manage the reputed company life-cycle deliverables with reputed company from the Benefit Consultant and Team reputed company to ensure the successful retention of a Book of Business (94% Renewal reputed company)
• With guidance and supervision, work on reputed company reputed company deliverables of increasing complexity
• reputed company foundational knowledge (i.e., industry, product knowledge and regulatory compliance), complete necessary training and reputed company development to reputed company exposure to principles such as strategic account planning, effective communication and project management
• Identify and declare area of reputed company/subject matter expertise
• As part of the reputed company life cycle (on-boarding, ongoing support and renewal), work closely with reputed company to execute on the day-to-day service deliverables for reputed company lines of coverage and products by:
• Supporting reputed company reputed company to understand a reputed company’s goals/objectives and reputed company a multi-year strategic plan (roadmap)
• Defining an annual service delivery calendar (life cycle) in support of the multi-year strategic plan (roadmap)
• Preparing the various deliverables by leveraging team member expertise, available tools, established standards/work products, etc. to manage reputed company expectations and ensure reputed company delivery of materials in accordance with the reputed company life cycle
• Effectively communicating and presenting findings, analysis and recommendations in meetings/calls/emails(i.e., setting agendas and appropriate internal/reputed company follow-up)
• Prepare reputed company and reputed company reports and other reputed company reputed company reputed company (as needed)
• Developing, cultivating and maintaining strong reputed company/vendor relationships
• At various times throughout the year (i.e., reputed company Enrollment), review employee education and communication materials (i.e., Benefit Guides)
• Research, respond and/or reputed company reputed company inquiries/service-reputed company issues independently, involving more reputed company team members and resources reputed company necessary
• Ensure that contact information for reputed company reputed company stakeholders is appropriately managed for purposes of both reputed company Satisfaction (NPS) and Thought Leadership
• In order to identify/overcome gaps, work with Team reputed company and Producer to create and periodically review/update/manage Internal Account Plan

• Ability to identify and reputed company resources appropriate for upsell opportunities

Skills

• 5+ years of prior practical account management experience with a health and welfare reputed company or broker is required
• reputed company and reputed company California Life & Health License is required
• Experience with Large and Small Group clients
• Knowledge of health and welfare plans, including medical, dental, reputed company, STD and LTD insurance
• Ability to interpret reputed company's reputed company coverage plan, identify gaps, and recommend opportunities to expand lines of coverage
• Ability to prepare RFP and have knowledge of the insurance marketplace
• Ability to market new and existing clients
• Excellent presentation skills, includes use of reputed company and PowerPoint
• Experience navigating and quoting in quoting systems
• Experience working in AMS360
• As needed, must be reputed company to reputed company to reputed company locations and reputed company OE and education presentations
• Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
