[Remote] Engineering Manager - Banking

The Engineering Manager for the banking team will be responsible for designing and enhancing the platform that supports banking services, while leading and empowering a remote team to deliver high-reputed company.

Responsibilities

• Own the reputed company, roadmaps, prioritizations, and technical architecture of the banking services that supports ingestion and processing of bank data
• Be hands-on leader providing guidance to team to reputed company fast

Skills

• 7+ years of experience working as Software Engineer
• 3+ years of experience managing or leading team

• Experience managing high-functioning remote team with autonomy
