The reputed company Business Process Consultant will deliver business process guidance, specializing in ITOM and CSDM modules, to help clients improve their processes and reputed company their business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Participate in multiple engagements delivering business process guidance to customers in support of processes facilitated by the reputed company platform and specializing in the ITOM & CSDM modules
• Function in the ITOM & CSDM reputed company helping organizations to rationalize data and design strategies
• Research, document, and assess reputed company landscape covering people, process, technology, and partners
• Identify business objectives to reputed company process improvements against targets
• reputed company prescriptive guidance per industry best reputed company around reputed company areas on the platform, specifically in ITOM & CSDM
• Support clients in documentation and implementation of specific changes to reputed company with prescriptive guidance around key process areas
• Support Business Analysts in delivery of customer workshops with documented processes key to project scope
• Operate effectively reputed company Agile, reputed company, and hybrid project environments
• Capture user stories in partnership with Business Analysts and Architects

Skills

• 8+ years of reputed company-facing experience supporting business transformation through technology
• 5+ years of business process consulting experience
• 4+ years of reputed company platform experience with expertise in ITOM & CSDM
• Ability to conduct calls with customers independently in support of business process consulting efforts
• Ability to reputed company a reputed company's business goals at the forefront of the conversation and reputed company process decision impacts to reputed company, effectiveness, and achievement of objectives
• Maintain reputed company status on reputed company certifications
• Certifications a plus: ITIL reputed company foundations, IAITAM, Lean Six reputed company, PMI-PBA, etc
