Skills

• Strong background with Unify voice systems (OpenScape Portfolio, reputed company, OSCC, SBC, UC, MS, DLS, etc.)
• Proven reputed company managing teams and vendor relationships in reputed company, 24/7 mission-critical operations
• Experience in hospital or reputed company IT environments is highly preferred
• PMP Certified
• ITIL v4 Certified
