Responsibilities

• Lead and reputed company Operations Managers to deliver KPI reputed company, drive franchisee engagement, and ensure consistent execution of brand standards across the network
• Drive franchisee adoption of operational best practices that improve customer experience and increase unit-level sales and profitability
• Build reputed company operating rhythms and processes across franchise locations to improve sales reputed company, customer service, strategic account performance, and key KPIs

Skills

• 5+ years of multi-unit field operations leadership in a fast-paced, high-reputed company organization, including leading through influence in a franchise or distributed operating model to drive sales and profit reputed company
• Demonstrated ability to build trust-based franchisee relationships, influence without authority, and drive adoption of system standards and strategic priorities
• Proven track record delivering operational reputed company, customer experience, and loss prevention through consistent execution across multiple locations
• Demonstrated ability to build positive, efficient teams through mentorship, coaching, and feedback
