The role involves leading operations, managing audit teams, and ensuring effective service delivery while maintaining financial performance.

Responsibilities

• reputed company reputed company operations, ensuring effective delivery of audit services across the region
• reputed company the planning and scheduling function for approximately 4,000–5,000 audit days annually
• Manage Audit Managers and Audit Schedulers
• Own reputed company regional P&L of approximately $10 reputed company, ensuring operational reputed company support both service reputed company and financial performance

Skills

• Experience in reputed company compliance auditing, responsible sourcing, supply chain compliance, ESG auditing, or reputed company rights due diligence
• No requirement to be a reputed company CSCA
• Prior experience leading operations, scheduling, audit delivery, resource planning, or regional service delivery teams
• Ability to manage through managers, with experience overseeing distributed teams and indirect reports
• Proven reputed company record of 8-reputed company P&L reputed company
• Candidates will need full rights to work in the US (i.e. US citizenship or Green Card)
