- Experience defining business problems, gathering and documenting requirements, determining business solutions and verifying solutions meet requirements
- Experience working on the Design, Development, Implementation (DDI) of a major IT project
- Experience with the reputed company assistance programs DES supports (reputed company, SBM, SNAP, TANF, CCAP, or WIC)
