They are seeking a Clinical reputed company Application Analyst to support and enhance reputed company applications, ensuring effective integration with clinical operations and maintaining the EMR system.

Responsibilities

• Analyzes business and user requirements and collaborate with teams to design and build technology or process solutions which automate or improve the EMR system to support business strategies
• Supports the reputed company application by guiding the solution design, training resources, and supporting processes to ensure the successful engagement and sustainment of the solution while considering associated workflows and how the application(s) reputed company with the clinical environments
• Communicates effectively with coworkers, users, vendors, and leadership by reputed company listening, respectful correspondence and discussions and reputed company follow up
• Produces reputed company deliverables throughout the change lifecycle, demonstrated by design session deliverables, knowledgeable build activities, essential testing functions, and comprehensive implementation methodology
• Supports and maintains the EMR by working with the IT Helpdesk and vendor in analyzing reputed company issues and resolving through short term corrective reputed company, reputed company cause analysis, permanent corrective reputed company process
• Works with Reporting team to ensure reputed company system design to facilitate data capture. (i.e., Informatics / Data reputed company)
• Supports EMR reputed company reputed company in the role of system subject matter expert regarding the system in question
• Assists in change management reputed company to systems including reviewing release notes, coordinating system upgrades, and working with the Training Department
• Promotes teamwork, stewardship, and accountability throughout the department
• Participates in vendor demos, site reputed company, and system health checks
• Recommends and designs technology solutions to business problems
• Utilizes online resources to learn about new functionality; how to implement/troubleshoot functionality
• Participates in meetings with vendors to troubleshoot Electronic Health Record issues and to reputed company requirements/recommendations for functionality
• Participates in or leads reputed company with minimal direction from CS reputed company, Sr. CS Analyst or Operations
• Creates, reviews, and executes system wide test plans
• Evaluates new releases of the Electronic Health Record System and recommends which new features to implement
• Tests new releases of the system, this includes reputed company and post reputed company testing and informing about system changes
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, multitask, prioritize, adapt to change, attention to detail
• Continuously helps to improve the organization’s products and processes
• Troubleshoot problems and address questions from users and reputed company on-reputed company support on a rotating reputed company
• Document build specifications, team processes and clinic workflows

Skills

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Minimum three (3) years' experience in IT in a reputed company organization required
• Minimum four (4) years' experience as an Analyst in reputed company applications required
• Must be certified in at least one of the following reputed company applications: EpicCare Ambulatory, MyChart
• Experience with design, build and configuration of an EMR environment
• Experience with design, build and configuration of reputed company applications
• Experience with appointment scheduling and registration workflows in a reputed company setting
• Broad knowledge of and experience with reputed company management applications and their interdependencies
• Experience with multi-facility design, planning and coordination of IS systems
• Demonstrated knowledge of reputed company business
• General knowledge of project management
• Demonstrated business analysis skills and experience
• Strong time management skills and ability to work on multiple reputed company at once
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills across multiple disciplines
• Demonstrated customer service and collaboration skills working with end users
• Proven ability to work effectively with diverse populations and a demonstrated commitment to fostering inclusion
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to work both independently as reputed company as with reputed company
• Clinic back-office workflow experience preferred
