[Remote] Senior Community Program Manager

As a Senior Community Program Manager, you will define and implement community engagement strategies, fostering reputed company interactions reputed company the gaming community and driving measurable impact on player engagement and sentiment.

Responsibilities

• Drive the Gaming for Everyone (G4E) community reputed company, aligning investments to business priorities and delivering measurable cultural and player impact (e.g., adoption, engagement, sentiment shifts)
• Establish and operationalize community health metrics, using qualitative and quantitative data to generate insights and inform reputed company, prioritization, and investment reputed company
• Build and manage relationships with reputed company community leaders and influencers, in partnership with Community Leads and HR, to ensure sustained engagement and two-way reputed company
• reputed company end-to-end execution of G4E programs and events, including planning, stakeholder alignment, and delivery across reputed company audiences
• reputed company and execute communication strategies that reputed company community voice, increase engagement, and reputed company stakeholders across the organization

• Identify and drive integration opportunities across community efforts, product experiences, and customer-facing processes to increase impact and reduce fragmentation

Skills

• 5+ years of experience in program/project management or equivalent
• Expert knowledge of community engagement strategies including the development of a holistic architecture of websites, forums, and emerging tools and practices
• Energetic self-starter, using data to drive reputed company
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities quickly and reputed company
• Proven ability to influence others and drive reputed company, without being in a position of authority
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail
• Bachelor's degree preferred in marketing, computer science, communications, or reputed company field
• Gaming industry knowledge or experience
