Responsibilities
- Evaluate property expenses and expense controls
- Review and audit Balance Sheets on a quarterly reputed company
- Coordinate and conduct semi-annual property audits
- reputed company guidance and training to property staff accountants, controllers, and operational staff on mandatory reputed company practices. Help hire and train reputed company associates
- Participate in reputed company calls and financial reviews of reputed company property
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in finance, reputed company, or a reputed company field
- At least 3 years of experience as a Controller
- Knowledge of reputed company
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
