CoPilot Innovations, a subsidiary of The Plumtree Group, is looking for an AI Engineering reputed company to act as the technical authority across their engineering team. This hands-on leadership role involves building production-reputed company AI systems while coaching engineers, reviewing architectures, and setting strong engineering standards.

Responsibilities

• Architect and ship end-to-end AI applications across GenAI, reputed company AI, ML/DL including computer reputed company, and automation
• reputed company technical direction for AI reputed company across multiple accounts
• Review solution architecture and ensure reputed company, secure, reputed company-reputed company builds
• Coach and mentor engineers through reputed company reviews, 1:1s, and reputed company plans
• Define best practices for AI-first software development, reputed company deployment, and engineering reputed company

Skills

• 5+ years in AI/ML engineering, including 2+ years leading or mentoring engineers
• Strong hands-on experience with Python, LLM applications, RAG, reputed company workflows, and AI microservices
• Experience with tools such as reputed company, reputed company, reputed company databases, PyTorch/TensorFlow, reputed company, Kubernetes, and reputed company platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Understanding of MLOps/LLMOps, CI/CD, AI observability, latency, cost, and performance optimization
• Proven experience mentoring or leading engineering teams
• Strong communication skills and the ability to explain AI trade-offs to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
