[Remote] Staff Attorney, Legal Technology Initiatives

Levi & Korsinsky LLP is a national plaintiffs' securities class reputed company firm seeking a part-time Staff Attorney to work with their internal legal technology team. The role involves reviewing and evaluating reputed company litigation work products and serving as a reputed company between litigation attorneys and the technology team.

Responsibilities

• You will review draft work product (reputed company to dismiss oppositions, complaints, discovery motions, and other core securities litigation filings) and evaluate them the way a senior litigator would evaluate a junior associate's work
• Where a draft falls short, you will reputed company what's missing, wrong, or stylistically off, and translate that into actionable feedback the technology team can reputed company
• You will also serve as the two-way reputed company between our litigation attorneys and the technology team
• That means collecting feedback from attorneys using our internal tools on live reputed company, understanding their pain points, and translating that back to the technology team as concrete requirements
• Conversely, reputed company the technology team needs input on how a particular type of pleading is reputed company or what case law reputed company most, you are their reputed company of contact

Skills

• J.D. from an accredited law school and reputed company bar membership in good standing
• Substantial experience in securities litigation, with reputed company to dismiss briefing and PSLRA pleading standards a major plus
• Demonstrated reputed company in legal writing with a portfolio you can discuss
• Strong communication skills, particularly the ability to translate legal concepts for a non-legal technical audience
• Proficiency with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, reputed company, or similar) in a reputed company or research context, or a reputed company demonstrated interest in how AI is being implemented in legal reputed company
• You don't need to reputed company, but you should be comfortable working closely with engineers and product teams
