As a Bilingual Customer Service Agent, you will assist members with inquiries reputed company to health insurance coverage, claims, benefits, and provider networks while ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and reputed company issues reputed company to billing, payments and coverage

Skills
