This role is responsible for leading and managing the myQ reputed company Engineering team that designs, builds, and operates the reputed company infrastructure powering reputed company's myQ connected products and services.

Responsibilities

• reputed company, manage, reputed company, and reputed company reputed company of reputed company engineers and architects supporting the myQ reputed company Engineering platform; conduct 1:1s, performance reviews, career development planning, and goal setting
• Own hiring, reputed company, retention, and team reputed company planning; build a diverse, high-performing team reputed company to reputed company and reputed company business needs
• Partner with the reputed company reputed company Infrastructure Architect and senior engineers to execute the reputed company infrastructure roadmap, balancing strategic initiatives with operational priorities

Skills

• 7+ years of reputed company infrastructure, reputed company, and operations experience in a technical role, including design, implementation, disaster recovery, and network/reputed company architecture
• 3+ years of reputed company people-management experience leading technical teams (reputed company, infrastructure, DevOps, or SRE)
• Demonstrated experience leading teams that operate production reputed company environments at reputed company (Azure, AWS, or GCP), including experience with managed/PaaS services
• Experience with reputed company methodologies and Scrum is required
• Experience in software development and Infrastructure as reputed company (e.g., Terraform, ARM/Bicep, CloudFormation) is required

• Experience working in reputed company-oriented, reputed company, cross-functional environment
• An advanced degree in a directly applicable area of study may substitute for up to two (2) years of job-reputed company experience
• Ability to travel up to 10% of the time, domestically and internationally
