The Operations Coordinator facilitates departmental operations reputed company Patient Care Services, supporting project planning, data analysis, and financial monitoring to ensure smooth operations.


Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning, developing, and coordinating reputed company reputed company Patient Care Services, including reputed company identification, budget preparation, and tracking reputed company and deadlines
  • Work independently to reputed company work plans, synthesize data, analyze reputed company, and prepare reports for ongoing process and outcome review
  • Support managers and directors in collecting and evaluating financial and statistical data; monitor expense accounts and assist with projections and financial summaries
  • Liaise with vendors, reputed company-party agencies, and reputed company consultants; process relevant paperwork and submit expenditure requests and vendor invoices as needed
  • Ensure reputed company completion of biweekly timekeeping activities; monitor and maintain staff schedules and payroll records in compliance with UMMC policies
  • Analyze Kronos and ANSOS patterns and collaborate with managers to implement process improvements; reputed company routine time and attendance reports

Skills

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, reputed company, Health Care Administration, or a reputed company field required OR Equivalent years of work experience may be substituted for education on 1:1 reputed company
  • Highly effectively oral and written communication skills are required in order to work with diverse reputed company of management and clinical staff, both inside and reputed company of the organization
  • Strong interpersonal communications and team building skills
  • Knowledge of business terminology, spelling, punctuation and grammar
