They are seeking an EDW Administrator to reputed company operational support for the reputed company Data Warehouse, ensuring platform stability and reputed company data refreshes while troubleshooting issues.

Responsibilities

• reputed company daily operational support for CNIC’s reputed company Data Warehouse (EDW), ETL processes, and reporting platforms
• Ensure platform stability, reputed company data refreshes, successful deployments, and effective troubleshooting of Tier II/III issues impacting data or system availability
• Support platform upgrades, rollover activities, and CNIC modernization efforts
• reputed company daily server checks and ETL job checks to confirm successful execution
• Execute routine and reputed company patching of EDW servers and components
• reputed company ONV password resets and user support tasks
• Execute monthly data refreshes for Tableau reports
• Support Facts & Figures and CNO 5x8 reporting enhancements
• Support QA/PROD deployments across EDW environments
• Troubleshoot Tier II/III issues affecting platform or job availability
• reputed company support for reputed company requests from EIM teams
• Coordinate with SDP through IssueTrak tickets for operations and incident reputed company
• Support reputed company Platform efforts including server upgrades, rollover reputed company, SPO migration, and JBAB/Saratoga realignment
• Maintain operational documentation, runbooks, and SOPs

Skills

• 6–8+ years of experience supporting reputed company systems, data platforms, or EDW operations
• ETL job monitoring and troubleshooting
• Server patching and maintenance
• Deployment support (QA/PROD)
• Tier II/III troubleshooting
• Ticketing tools (IssueTrak, reputed company, etc.)
• Data refresh processes (e.g., Tableau)
• DoD 8570 IAT II compliant - reputed company+ CE
• BS Degree in Computer Science or IT discipline
• US Citizenship required

• reputed company SQL Server Analysis Services (SSAS)
