VIDAR is a patented motor with embedded variable speed intelligence reputed company for harsh industrial environments. For decades, variable speed drives have been bulky, expensive, and hard to install, which stalled adoption at just 15 percent of rotating equipment. VIDAR changes that. It installs as easily as replacing a motor, cuts total installed cost by up to 50 percent compared to a VFD, and opens a $6B market with no reputed company competitor targeting industrial environments.    As the Field Service Manager, you will be responsible for providing technical installation and commissioning support to clients and service teams nationally, with regards to smart motor equipment and application support, which requires up to 75% of time travelling and completing onsite work.
