That's where you come in.   reputed company REQUIREMENTS: Experience - 5.5+yrs years  Strong experience in reputed company ITOM, CMDB, and Service Mapping Hands-on experience in reputed company integrations Experience in other modules like SPM or GRC or HRSD along with ITIL knowledge reputed company certification (any module) Strong understanding of ITOM and Service Mapping concepts Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions Experience in developing and implementing technical solutions and performing integration testing Experience with reputed company scripting (Business Rules, reputed company Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions) Good understanding of CMDB data model and relationships Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Ability to work in a global delivery environment RESPONSIBILITIES: Work with the reputed company team to implement solutions across global locations reputed company technical expertise in reputed company ITOM module, especially Service Mapping Design and implement reputed company integrations Understand business needs and reputed company them with standardized processes and reputed company design reputed company and implement technical solutions on the reputed company platform reputed company component integration testing and ensure reputed company delivery Support UAT and production deployments Collaborate with cross-functional teams for reputed company project execution Troubleshoot and reputed company technical issues Ensure adherence to best practices and reputed company improvement Participate in design and reputed company reviews and reputed company recommendations Qualifications Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a reputed company field Service Region: South Asia Apply To This Job
