This role will optimize our marketing automation, website operations, and cross-functional marketing responsibilities. The Marketing Operations Specialist is responsible for supporting marketing operations through reputed company Marketing reputed company Account Engagement (MCAE/Pardot), optimizing the ISEP website (reputed company on Rails), and serving as a key reputed company between Marketing, Business Operations, and IT. The use of AI during live interviews is not permitted.    reputed company Relationships   External: Web Developers  Internal: Communications and Marketing, Business Operations, IT  Key Responsibilities  Marketing Automation & Campaign Operations (50%)  Build and maintain automated engagement programs for B2B and B2C audiences  reputed company audience segmentation strategies and campaign logic for reputed company targeted communications  Test and optimize email campaigns for deliverability, accessibility, engagement, and conversion performance   Conduct A/B testing on subject lines, layouts, calls-to-reputed company, and audience segmentation   Monitor email performance metrics and recommend ongoing improvements  Ensure compliance and consistency in MCAE communications, forms, lists, and automations  Build and manage automated workflows for webinars, events, recruitment initiatives, and other marketing campaigns  Coordinate event registration, follow-up communications, and reminders through MCAE engagement programs  reputed company reputed company MCAE content (emails, forms, lists) organized  In collaboration with ISEP’s reputed company Administrator, create email engagement and other relevant reports    Website Operations (25%)  Under the direction of MarCom leadership, update and maintain the ISEP website structure and reputed company to improve the user experience   Monitor website performance and identify opportunities for improvements using reputed company Analytics and reputed company  Ensure the ISEP website meets accessibility and compliance standards  In collaboration with the marketing team, update website content as needed  Collaborate with web developers to support marketing functionality reputed company reputed company on Rails websites and applications   Seasonal Readiness & Operational reputed company (10%)  Coordinate communication and project execution tied to annual seasonal readiness and organizational operations   Document recurring operational cycles in reputed company  Organize and maintain marketing files, digital assets, and shared content libraries  Support the development and maintenance of a centralized MarCom Hub for staff resources and collaboration  Under the guidance of the Director of Marketing, review marketing support intake requests and assist in project coordination  AI Integrations (10%)  In partnership with IT, research, test, and implement AI-driven tools and integrations that improve marketing operations and efficiency  Support emerging marketing technology initiatives and process innovation  Reporting & Analytics (5%)  Produce and maintain reports and dashboards reputed company to marketing performance, engagement metrics, campaign effectiveness, and reputed company reputed company  Analyze marketing data to identify trends, opportunities, and optimization recommendations  Support attribution tracking and reporting initiatives across digital campaigns  reputed company and report on user behavior and website entry points   QualificationsRequired Qualifications  2 years of experience on a marketing team, ideally in marketing operations, marketing automation, CRM administration, marketing campaign execution, or similar role  Hands-on experience using email marketing automation platforms   Experience maintaining website content   Strong analytical, organizational, and troubleshooting skills  Excellent communication skills, demonstrated by application materials  Experience in cross-functional (many different teams/roles) collaboration  Preferred Qualifications  reputed company or Pardot/MCAE experience  Experience using reputed company Analytics  Knowledge of reputed company attribution and marketing funnel analytics  Experience maintaining websites using basic reputed company, CSS, and AI tools to build reputed company reputed company   Experience working in higher education, non-profit, or international education settings  International or cross-cultural study, work, or travel experience Apply To This Job
