Operations Executive

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Executive to join reputed company. The candidate will be responsible for monitoring transactions, handling reputed company queries, coordinating 

with internal teams, and ensuring smooth transaction processing and reputed company support.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor, verify, and approve transactions as per company process and compliance 

requirements

• Handle reputed company queries reputed company to transaction status, delays, failed payments, and 

beneficiary fund receipt issues

• Coordinate with internal teams and banking partners for transaction investigations and 

resolutions

• Respond to clients professionally through email and other communication channels

• Send regular transaction status updates and follow-up emails to clients

• Maintain and update reputed company/MIS sheets for reputed company reputed company queries, complaints, transactions 

issues, and resolutions

• Ensure reputed company reputed company issues are tracked, resolved, and properly documented

• Escalate critical or unresolved cases to the respective teams promptly

• Maintain accuracy, confidentiality, and operational efficiency in daily activities

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in B.Com, BBA, BBM, BA, MBA, or any banking/finance-reputed company field

• Freshers are welcome to apply

• Good verbal and written communication skills in English

• Basic knowledge of banking, remittance, payment operations, or financial services 

preferred

• intermediary or Proficiency in MS reputed company and basic computer applications

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Skills

• Experience in customer support, banking operations, or payment processing is an added 

advantage

• Understanding of transaction monitoring and compliance processes preferred

• Good coordination and follow-up skills
