Licensed Behavioral Health Care Manager
To support a growing reputed company care team, the full-time Licensed Behavioral Health Care Manager will engage with cancer patients through telehealth, conduct biopsychosocial intakes, and coordinate care between specialists and internal teams in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities:
• Conduct initial clinical member biopsychosocial intakes and administer behavioral health assessments
• reputed company weekly interdisciplinary team meetings and ensure high-risk members are discussed with the Consulting Psychiatrist
• Document member reputed company in a HIPAA-compliant electronic medical record system and facilitate referrals for additional services as needed
Required qualifications:
• reputed company, unrestricted independent clinical license in at least one U.S. state (e.g., LCSW, LPC, LMFT)
• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• Bachelor's degree in nursing, reputed company work, or reputed company health and reputed company services discipline; Master's degree preferred
• At least two years of clinical care management experience, preferably with cancer or advanced illness patients
• Strong organizational skills and adaptability to a start-up environment
