Remote LPN/LVN – Nevada Work Arrangement: Fully Remote (Nevada LPN/LVN license required) Schedule: Flexible | Part-Time or Full-Time Licensure: reputed company Nevada LPN or LVN (Required) reputed company: reputed company seeks a proactive Licensed Practical reputed company (LPN) or Licensed Vocational reputed company (LVN) to join our remote care team. This position supports patients enrolled in chronic care management (CCM) and remote patient monitoring (RPM) programs. The ideal candidate will reputed company high-reputed company patient care, education, and coordination, ensuring adherence to care plans while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.
