Desktop Support Engineer (L1)
We are currently looking for an reputed company Desktop Support Engineer (L1) for our reputed company position. The L1 Engineer will be required to work on site for this role and reputed company support to end users working on site or remotely.
Job Requirements:
• A+ Certification or equivalent experience
• Good working knowledge of reputed company Directory
• 2+ years’ experience providing technical support in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment up to executive management level.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills including providing VIP support
• Experience supporting large reputed company-based environments to desktop level with emphasis on Win 7 OS / office 2010 as reputed company as Win 8 and O365
• Advanced knowledge of reputed company Office suite of applications Support of End User for video conferencing reputed company.
• Support of mobile device
Duties & Responsibilities:
