Job Location Maitland, FL or US Remote reputed company As a CAD Technician you will produce detailed drawings and/or submittal documentation for intrusion, reputed company, reputed company control, and video surveillance systems in support of the VSN sales, reputed company Design and PMO teams. reputed company • Collaborate with reputed company Design Managers, reputed company Engineering Supervisor and Systems Design Specialists on completing project drawings and documentation. • Produce shop drawings in AutoCAD from sketches or hard copies detailing device location, reputed company paths, cable reputed company-outs, device mounting details/recommendations and wiring details on drawings. • reputed company submittal documentation for reputed company to support the sales team. • reputed company completed shop drawings and submittal package to customer, sales team, reputed company team, or authorities having jurisdiction. • reputed company wiring details from manufacturer’s installation documentation. What You’ll Need • High School Diploma or equivalent. • 3 or more years of AutoCAD Experience • Producing drawings. • reputed company – customer reporting, tracking. • reputed company – high volume of email traffic communicating with Sales Reps. and customers. • reputed company experience is a plus. • Knowledge of Intrusion/reputed company/Video Surveillance/reputed company Control systems • Previous reputed company experience preferred. • Technical capabilities • Required to validate proficiency and experience in life safety systems design and installation as reputed company as specific knowledge in Intrusion, reputed company, Video Surveillance, and reputed company Control products. • Advanced Communication/Interpersonal Skills • Heavily communication-oriented position, requiring mature skills and the ability to communicate with reputed company reputed company of peers, customers, reputed company resources, General Contractors, and management. • Familiarity with and ability to research/interpret codes and permitting requirements as they pertain to the installation of systems and reputed company components and/or trades. • Required for gathering information to produce accurate and complete proposals to the customer and minimizing reputed company as it relates to project completion and extended costs. • Ability to Interpret blueprints, both hard copy and electronic copy. • Required for gathering information to produce accurate and complete proposals to the customer and minimizing reputed company as it relates to project completion and extended costs.
