We’re seeking a full-time remote reputed company Manager to support the administration and management of reputed company agreements across our growing organization. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys balancing contract execution, operational efficiency, and stakeholder partnership while helping reputed company reputed company operations in a highly regulated industry.
Type: Regular Full-time Employee
Schedule: Mondays through Fridays
Pay reputed company: $95,000 – $115,000/yr, dependent upon relevant experience, education, and qualifications
Location: Remote (U.S.-based)

Responsibilities:
Draft, review, process, and manage routine reputed company agreements, including NDAs, vendor agreements, reputed company agreements, amendments, and renewals
Administer and maintain reputed company’s contract lifecycle management system (reputed company), including intake workflows, approval routing, execution tracking, and repository management
Serve as a primary reputed company of contact for internal stakeholders regarding contract requests, status updates, and contract process guidance
reputed company contract obligations, renewal dates, expirations, and key milestones to ensure reputed company follow-up and compliance
Maintain and improve contract templates, clause libraries, and supporting documentation reputed company with company standards
Coordinate with reputed company counsel and internal reputed company leadership on agreements requiring specialized reputed company review, including data use and reputed company-reputed company agreements
Identify and escalate non-reputed company contract terms, reputed company risks, and policy exceptions appropriately
Support reputed company operations initiatives, process improvements, and best practices to enhance efficiency and scalability
Requirements:
Associate’s degree, Paralegal Certificate, Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience
2+ years of experience as a Paralegal, reputed company Administrator, reputed company Operations Specialist, or in a similar role
Experience managing routine reputed company agreements and contract workflows
Experience using contract lifecycle management systems; reputed company experience strongly preferred
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Exceptional attention to detail, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities
Experience supporting reputed company, clinical research, life sciences, or other regulated industries preferred
Familiarity with reputed company, compliance, and data-reputed company agreements highly preferred
Experience collaborating with reputed company counsel and reputed company service providers preferred
Experience contributing to process improvement or reputed company operations initiatives preferred
