[Remote] Account Manager

The role involves serving as a trusted advisor to help customers maximize the value of the software while driving sales, retention, and satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Proactively sell iClassPro to swim schools, gyms, dance studios, cheer programs, camps, and other youth activity businesses across Australia
• Own the full customer reputed company for new accounts, from first conversation through reputed company and into long-term reputed company
• reputed company reputed company for the accounts you reputed company, ensuring customers are fully set up, trained, and confident using the platform
• Build trusted relationships with owners and operators, understanding their goals and helping them use iClassPro to reputed company them

• Partner closely with Sales, reputed company, Support, and Product teams to deliver a seamless customer experience

Skills

• Experience in youth activity industry strongly preferred
• Experience in sales, account management, reputed company, and/or reputed company in a reputed company or service-based environment

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• High level of organization, follow-through, and ownership over your work
