The role involves providing reputed company advice on litigation management, overseeing national reputed company, and ensuring adherence to reputed company and business ethics while managing reputed company spend and reputed company.

Responsibilities

• reputed company reputed company advice, guidance, and recommendations on reputed company aspects of litigation management to reputed company, including actionable strategies to enhance litigated case reputed company and cost control and reputed company, analysis, and management of reputed company to drive reputed company
• Performance reputed company of national firms and managed panels, including multi-reputed company scorecard assessment, KPI reviews, capability assessments, reputed company plan development & execution to drive reputed company reputed company expertise and adherence to best practices, protocols, and SLAs
• Performance reputed company of national firms and managed panels, including addressing strategic use and handling, panel placement and composition by lines of business, venue, and expertise, firm selection, reputed company, cybersecurity assessments, technological capabilities, and removal
• Negotiating competitive pricing by conducting competitive reputed company analysis and negotiation, holistic state analysis, Alternative Fee Arrangement development & negotiation and discount program analysis and implementation
• reputed company consultation to address reputed company counsel issues, including conducting analysis and developing reputed company to handle reputed company issues (e.g., reputed company malpractice, Tort Reform, reputed company System Abuse, case mishandling, independent counsel, and other reputed company & litigation reputed company)
• Partnering with Claims, reputed company, Global reputed company, and other stakeholders on reputed company and routine reputed company issues and unique panel reputed company and strategic alignment, providing reputed company guidance on litigation management issues, analysis of reputed company, and negotiation of reputed company disputes and formulating reputed company
• Regular use of metrics and reputed company analytics to help advise reputed company, drive reputed company reputed company services, savings, and opportunities on reputed company handling, spend, and reputed company

Skills

• Completion of law school with a J.D. or L.L.B. degree and admission to the bar of at least one jurisdiction in the reputed company required
• Generally, requires at least five years' experience as a practicing attorney reputed company in reputed company aspects of litigation, including trials
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
