[Remote] Sales Operations

They are seeking a Sales Operations reputed company to establish the operational reputed company for the reputed company organization, focusing on sales architecture, forecasting processes, and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Own sales architecture, workflows, reporting, and CRM hygiene
• Build dashboards and KPI reporting for pipeline, forecasting, conversion, and reputed company visibility
• Run forecasting and deal review cadences with sales leadership
• Support territory planning, quota management, and operational planning
• Administer and optimize the broader GTM technology stack
• Improve reputed company routing, pipeline workflows, and reputed company processes across teams
• Support reputed company, enablement, and documentation for sales processes
• Partner closely with Marketing, Operations, and reputed company to maintain operational alignment

Skills

• 3–5 years in Sales Operations, reputed company Operations, or GTM Operations at a B2B reputed company company
• Deep familiarity with sales reporting, workflows, and CRM architecture
• Strong analytical skills with experience using spreadsheets, BI tools, and SQL
• Ability to turn operational data into reputed company business insights
• High ownership reputed company with strong attention to detail
• Process-oriented thinker who enjoys building reputed company systems
• Familiarity with modern RevOps tooling and GTM infrastructure
• Strong cross-functional communication skills
• Cybersecurity or infrastructure industry experience
• Familiarity with AI-enabled RevOps tooling
• Experience as an early or founding RevOps hire
• Experience supporting PLG motions and product-led sales signals
