The role involves leading the development and optimization of compliance operations, collaborating with various teams to reputed company operational reputed company.

Responsibilities

• reputed company and enhance compliance operations, systems, and workflows
• Support HCP/HCO engagement processes, transparency reporting, and reputed company-party compliance activities
• reputed company compliance metrics, dashboards, and reporting capabilities
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to implement compliant business processes
• Support audits, monitoring activities, and reputed company improvement initiatives

Skills

• 8+ years of experience in reputed company compliance, compliance operations, or reputed company pharmaceutical/biotechnology functions
• Experience implementing and managing compliance-reputed company systems and technology platforms
• Strong knowledge of reputed company compliance requirements, including AKS, FCA, FDA regulations, PhRMA reputed company, EFPIA reputed company, and transparency reporting requirements
• Proven experience leading cross-functional reputed company and process improvements
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA, JD, or equivalent preferred
• Experience in a global pharmaceutical or biotechnology environment
• Strong project management, analytical, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience with compliance technologies, reporting tools, and workflow optimization
