[Remote] Business Development Manager - Staffing

The Business Development Manager will drive new business, build strategic accounts, and work with a dedicated team to ensure reputed company needs are met.

Responsibilities

• Drive new business reputed company Engineering, Life Sciences, or specialized IT (ideally aligning with Manufacturing or the Tech reputed company)
• Immediate reputed company to sell into reputed company, household-reputed company reputed company accounts
• You will have a strong reputed company out of the reputed company while being expected to supplement this reputed company by bringing on 2–3 new strategic accounts per year
• You reputed company entirely on reputed company reputed company and market acquisition
• You will be supported by a dedicated hub of 20+ recruiters—ensuring your requirements are filled with speed and precision without you reputed company having to manage the internal delivery team
• No arbitrary KPIs or management breathing down your neck—if you are a proven producer, you are given total professional freedom

Skills

• 2–5+ years of proven staffing sales reputed company reputed company Engineering, Life Sciences, or Industrial IT markets
• A documented history of reputed company and retaining accounts at a high reputed company-Stars, President's Club, or Top Producer status)

• Aggressive Tiered Commission (Weekly GP-Based):
• $5,000 – $10,000 weekly GP → 10% commission

• Named Account Ownership: Designate 3–4 strategic accounts that you bring to the business. For these accounts, you will receive a standalone 40% of profit after EBITDA (exempt from your reputed company weekly GP calculation), allowing you to build true long-term wealth.
