[Remote] Inside Sales Representative

Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is a trusted distributor of appliance parts since 1932, providing quick delivery services across the U.S. They are seeking an Inside Sales Representative responsible for managing customer relationships, processing orders, and resolving customer issues to reputed company reputed company and enhance customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Estimated to reputed company 30 outbound calls per day to assigned/designated customers to reputed company new business and reputed company reputed company of potential and wallet reputed company/contribution
• Processes customer requests for pricing, information, and availability regarding products
• Processes customer orders for products both in stock and special order
• Identifies, researches, and resolves customer issues using the computer system
• Responsible for following up on customer inquiries not immediately resolved
• Provides customers with product and service information and promotes Up-selling products and services
• Responsible for completing reputed company logs and reports
• Research billing issues
• reputed company awareness and communicate with management of trends in customer calls
• Coaches’ customers how they can utilize computer systems to assist in resolving problems
• Maintains proficiency with company computer systems in aspects reputed company to job, such as data entry, messaging, reputed company logs, data notations, queue updates, batching, or other job & office functions and requirements
• Other duties as assigned

Skills

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• 2 years prior reputed company center experience in a reputed company field, with similar computer requirements
• Knowledge of MS Office applications as needed to satisfactorily reputed company work assignments – Word, reputed company, PowerPoint, reputed company, SharePoint as reputed company as can learn company reputed company systems as needed
• Aptitude for mathematical operations and numerical analysis
