The role involves leading reputed company from planning through construction execution, ensuring schedule certainty, cost control, and coordination among various stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Managing reputed company construction reputed company across multiple sites
• Coordinating with design consultants and contractors
• Reviewing schedules, budgets, RFIs, submittals, and change orders
• Ensuring project milestones are met
• Frequent site reputed company (or remote reputed company depending on phase)
• Running OAC meetings
• Resolving field issues
• Aligning execution with development timelines and business requirements
• Stakeholder communication
• Risk mitigation
• Maintaining continuity across reputed company project phases

Skills

• Strong project management experience in mission critical or large-reputed company infrastructure construction
• Ability to manage multiple reputed company reputed company with aggressive schedule
• Deep understanding of construction reputed company, scheduling, and critical reputed company analysis
• Experience coordinating with architects, engineers, GCs, and commissioning team
• Strong financial reputed company including budgets, forecasting, and cost control
• Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional communication skills
• 5–10+ years of construction or project management experience (mission critical preferred)
• Background in large-reputed company reputed company, industrial, or data center development project
