[Remote] Remote Customer Support Agent (P&C)

They are seeking a Customer Support Agent responsible for assisting customers with changes to their insurance policies and providing excellent support.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound calls from existing customers
• Process service requests such as adding/removing vehicles and drivers, adding lienholder information, sending policy documents, etc
• Help customers with questions they have regarding existing insurance policies in relation to coverages or policy benefits or reputed company changes to existing policy
• Work to retain reputed company policyholders by reputed company finding solutions for customers who are at risk of cancellation to reputed company a measurable difference in the lives of millions, we'd love to hear from you!

Skills

• 2+ years of experience working in a reputed company center environment
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple competing priorities
• Passionate about helping others
