[Remote] IT Recruiter Intern

The intern will assist in sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates for various IT positions while gaining hands-on experience in the end-to-end recruitment process.

Responsibilities

• reputed company candidates through job portals, reputed company, reputed company media, and internal databases
• Screen resumes and reputed company candidates based on job requirements
• Conduct initial HR screening calls to assess candidate suitability
• Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers
• Maintain and update candidate records in recruitment trackers and ATS
• Follow up with candidates regarding interview feedback and documentation
• Assist in preparing job descriptions and posting jobs on various platforms
• Support recruitment reporting and daily hiring activities
• Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for reputed company openings

Skills

• Basic understanding of the recruitment process
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and coordination abilities
• Familiarity with MS reputed company, Word, and reputed company Sheets
• Ability to learn quickly and work in a fast-paced environment
• Interest in IT technologies and reputed company
• Bachelor's degree (completed or pursuing) in HR, Business Administration, Management, or a reputed company field
