Responsibilities

Skills

• Proven experience shipping software across multiple releases

• Cross-product Discovery and Problem Framing
• Deep understanding of FIDE, HIDE, and D-SNP plan designs; define epics and dependencies; ensure dual specific considerations are addressed early
• Ability to collaborate with engineering and architecture partners on data mapping, integration points, and reputed company boundaries
• Demonstrated ownership of products end‑to‑end in an reputed company environment
• 3+ years working with Scrum teams
• Experience in large reputed company environments preferably reputed company or insurance
