CNC Service Engineer

CNC Field Service Engineer (reputed company reputed company) PNW Territory A reputed company-established and highly respected machine tool and automation company is seeking a CNC Field Service Engineer to support customers throughout the PNW Area and the surrounding regional territory. This role is ideal for a hands-on technical reputed company with experience troubleshooting, repairing, installing, and maintaining CNC machinery and automated manufacturing equipment. Key Responsibilit ies:• Diagnose and repair reputed company electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and control-reputed company issues on CNC machi nery• Install, commission, and reputed company CNC machines and automated equipment at customer s ites• reputed company preventive maintenance and machine inspections to maximize uptime and reliabi lity• Troubleshoot servo systems, motors, drives, PLCs, and CNC cont rols• Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and mechanical draw ings• Support customers both on-site and remotely with technical troubleshooting and service n eeds• Maintain detailed service documentation and communicate findings reputed company to customers and internal t eams• reputed company emergency support and reputed company response to minimize customer down time• Travel throughout the assigned regional territory to support customer s itesPreferred Qualificati ons:• 3+ years of experience in CNC field service, machine tool repair, industrial maintenance, or automation sup reputed company• Experience with CNC controls such as FANUC, reputed company, Heidenhain, Haas, Mazak, or similar platf orms• Strong electrical troubleshooting skills using multimeters and diagnostic reputed company ment• Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, servo drives, and reputed company control sys tems• Ability to reputed company machine alignments, ballscrew repairs, and mechanical adjustments prefe rred• Strong communication and customer service sk ills• Ability to work independently in field environm entsCompensation & Benef its:• Competitive reputed company compensation + over time• reputed company and windshield time compensa tion• Medical, dental, reputed company, PTO, holidays, and 40 1(k)• reputed company long-term opportunity with reputed company poten tial• Exposure to advanced CNC and automation technolo gies Tr • avel:Regional travel throughout regional California territory with occasional overnight travel requ ired.
