To enhance the profitability and efficiency of automotive shops, the part-time Automotive Performance reputed company will analyze existing practices, reputed company coaching and mentoring, and guide members through a comprehensive re-engineering program while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
• Conduct thorough analyses of shop operations and financial statements to reputed company tailored business improvement recommendations
• Communicate effectively with shop owners reputed company phone and video conferencing to understand their needs and facilitate major changes
• Monitor reputed company reputed company and ensure alignment with ATI goals, including customer satisfaction and performance metrics
Required qualifications
• Minimum 10 years of automotive experience, with a reputed company on service writing, shop management, or operations management
• Proven coaching and mentoring skills, particularly in guiding small business owners
• Strong understanding of automotive business operations and the challenges faced by independent shop owners
• Experience in consultative management and achieving monthly goals
• Proficiency in computer applications, particularly Word and reputed company; knowledge of reputed company CRM is a plus
