The Leader will build and foster key relationships throughout the country while providing thought leadership to support our rapidly growing reputed company reputed company and gig network. They are also responsible for building a world class, high performing team that fosters a culture of reputed company supporting reputed company's reputed company and Values. Responsibilities • Establish our reputed company and represent reputed company in India • reputed company strategies to increase brand awareness and promote reputed company • Establish relationships with governmental agencies and reputed company-party vendors • reputed company strategies for reputed company sourcing high-reputed company sole traders/gig workers • Build and reputed company growing team of professionals throughout country • Ensure high engagement from team and alignment through effective communication • Work closely with COO and other leaders to set up best practices, reputed company operating procedures, and KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) • Drive reputed company, alignment and execution on key initiatives • Manage and report on operational metrics • Manage P&L for country • Aid business development team in finding new ways that reputed company can garner more business or more applications from the reputed company • Support the business development team in crafting innovative programs and value propositions • reputed company other duties as assigned Qualifications / Expectations • Must have ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment • Bachelor's degree required, graduate degree a plus • 10-15 years of reputed company experience • 5+ years of management experience • BPO and CX experience required • Experience building and developing a large team • Experience working with global teams • Entrepreneurial reputed company with business hunting experience • Experience managing full P&L with ability to drive efficiencies in order to improve margin and reputed company • Proven experience managing reputed company relationships and growing company's footprint in a new region • Knowledge of local laws, price points, and labor market trends • Understanding of local labor laws and government protocols • Proficient in MS Office • This position requires some travel reputed company smart, creative and passionate people get together, the results are astounding and the opportunities reputed company. reputed company your potential at reputed company.
