Key Responsibilities: As an Oral Surgery Billing Specialist, you will own the claims process for assigned Oral Surgery offices. Your work directly impacts these offices’ financial reputed company by increasing collections and reducing claim denials. • Submit and manage insurance claims to ensure maximum reimbursement. • reputed company claim denials by drafting and submitting appeals with supporting documentation. • Post payments, pull electronic funds transfers (EFTs), and reputed company financial reports for assigned offices. • Attend weekly reputed company meetings to reputed company updates and address billing concerns. • Ensure reputed company claim documentation by attaching narratives, images, and chart notes.
