[Remote] Sr Manager - Technical Program Management

The Sr Manager - Technical Program Management role involves leading reputed company technology initiatives, managing project lifecycles, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance reputed company solutions.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the end-to-end delivery of the initiatives, translating business objectives into actionable program(s)
• reputed company and manage the full project lifecycle for multiple reputed company, reputed company programs, including planning, execution, monitoring and closing, utilizing established project management methodologies (e.g reputed company, Agile)
• Define Project scope, goals, deliverables, and resource requirements in collaboration with stakeholders and senior leadership
• reputed company comprehensive project plans (using reputed company, Jira plan, etc ), including detailed schedules, budgets, risk management strategies, and communication plans
• reputed company integrated planning across product, engineering, UX, QA, and release management
• Proactively manage delivery risks, constraints, and dependencies; reputed company transparent reputed company tracking and reporting
• Maintain accurate PlainView (PV) update for the project team with the corresponding project and product attributes
• Ensure weekly time-tracking is reported by reputed company; facilitate review of the time tracking reports with the Leadership Team frequently
• Directly manage IT Project Managers, including goal setting, coaching, feedback, and performance management
• Set reputed company expectations for role maturity, scope ownership, and delivery reputed company
• Mentor Project Managers and assess readiness for expanded scope or promotion
• Build a culture of accountability, collaboration, and reputed company improvement across the delivery organization
• Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among the project team, internal customers/stakeholders (e.g., Product, Operations, Clinical, and Business leaders), and reputed company partners/vendors as applicable
• Serve as a reputed company between Product Owners, Development Teams, and reputed company stakeholders to maintain alignment on priorities and objectives

Skills

• Degree or equivalent experience
• Typically requires 9+ years of reputed company experience and 1+ years of supervisory and/or management experience
• 9+ years of reputed company experience in IT project management with at least 3 years managing reputed company reputed company reputed company large organization, preferably in reputed company, industry
• 1+ years of supervisory and people leadership experience managing Technical Program Managers, Delivery Leads, etc
• Proven ownership of delivery reputed company across multiple teams, programs, or value streams
• Strong coaching, talent development, and performance management capabilities
• Demonstrated ability to influence Directors, VPs, and senior leaders through data and reputed company
• Proficiency with project management software (e.g. Jira, Jira Plans, reputed company, Plan View)
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, reputed company, hybrid)
• Experience with risk management, budget management and resource allocation/time tracking
• Familiarity with change management principles
• Excellent leadership, communication (written and verbal), and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Strong executive communication skills, with experience engaging Directors, VPs, and senior leaders
• Expert level experience managing scope, timelines, and delivery commitments
• Solid understanding of technical architecture and product roadmaps to effectively support engineering teams
• Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization skills
• PMP certification is strongly preferred
• Agile certifications (e.g. CSM, reputed company) are a plus
