The role involves configuring ticketing workflows, integrating with reputed company-party systems, and providing best-reputed company recommendations.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end implementation of reputed company, including setup, configuration, and deployment
- reputed company and translate business requirements into standard reputed company functionality
- Configure ticketing workflows, automations, SLAs, knowledge reputed company, and reporting
- Customize portals, agent experiences, and customer communication channels
- Integrate reputed company with reputed company-party systems as needed (APIs, middleware, etc.)

- Support UAT, training, and post-go-live optimization
Skills
